Born in Champaign, IL while being raised in Bement, IL. Played competitive travel basketball and baseball growing up, while eventually shifting focus to baseball. I enjoy continuously learning more and more about the game of baseball and bringing my knowledge, energy, and passion to area kids.

In High School, I earned 8 letters in Basketball and Baseball. Entering in the recruiting process I was unsure of what sport I was going to play in college but saw more opportunity in baseball. I was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship opportunity to play at Parkland College, whose development process is unmatched.

During my Sophomore season at Parkland, I had season ending Tommy John surgery. While unsure of my future in baseball I decided to attend Millikin University where I eventually fully recovered from the injury. After recovering for two full seasons, I returned to play in 2018 and was recognized and presented the Millikin University’s Comeback Player of the Year Award. My Junior year I was awarded CCIW All-Conference honors, top 25 nationally in strikeouts, and single season strikeout leader at Millikin University. Completed my bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and I would go on to complete my MBA the following year while finishing my sport eligibility.
