Contact Morgan

Morgan was born and raised in Pleasant Plains, IL. She was a starting varsity outside hitter for the Lady Cardinals all four years in high school, earning multiple All-tournament and All-Conference awards and was a nominee for the 2000 High School Heisman award. In college, Morgan was co-founder of the Women’s Club Volleyball team at Bradley University. It was on that court where she met her husband, Luke, a member of the Men’s Club Volleyball team. Morgan currently runs Monticello Volleyball Club and also coaches for Prime Time Volleyball Club in Champaign, IL.

Morgan’s passion for volleyball began in the fourth grade and continues to this day, and this passion was the driving force behind the creation of Monticello Volleyball Club in 2022. After a few years of running camps, she wanted to create a local opportunity for her own daughter to play matches at a more competitive level. Their debut season was very successful, and the interest for local volleyball opportunities continues to grow.

Currently, Monticello Volleyball Club offers 5th and 6th grade athletes the opportunity to play on a competitive team. Individual training and group clinics for athletes as young as first grade is also available. Visit http://mvc.webador.com or contact Morgan at mmontoya12@gmail.com for more information.
